Surfers take the freedom of surfing on our awesome coastline for granted. The revision of the Resource Management Act (RMA) has the potential to favour developer interests over the natural environment. Surfbreak Protection Society’s Paul Shanks & Dr Rosemary Segedin recently presented our submission to the Select Committee at the Resource Management Act amendment bill hearing in Auckland.
